Product Director, Five (now part of Endava) April 2018 - Present
I lead product discovery and strategy for a wide range of Five's clients by working closely with the design and development teams at Five, our clients themselves, and most importantly their customers in order to develop and validate product strategies and designs that maximize revenue. I have personally led key strategic projects for early stage startups, for publicly traded companies, and many in between, including the following, most of which had individual project budgets well over $1M:
PIMCO - Led the product direction of the most used internal tool at PIMCO, a heavily customized CRM optimized for their business needs. This strategic work included over 150 user interviews and prototype tests, multiple client workshops, and dozens of design iterations.
PIMCO - Led the research, concepting, iteration, workflow design, and product design of the PIMCO Order Management System
PetMeds - Led a team in the research and product strategy work for an upcoming standalone PetMeds digital product (specific details under NDA)
Sanofi - Designed a product optimization and testing strategy for an upcoming global app launch (specific details under NDA)
Wiley / Dummies - Product strategy lead on the upcoming Dummies app, the first major step in the digital transformation for this brand. Also led a series of iterative AB tests on the Dummies website, resulting in a bounce rate decrease of over 10% and total site revenue increase of over 7%.
AccuWeather - Led the design of a game based around predicting the weather, which was a collaboration between Cantor Fitzgerald and Accuweather.
Strayer University - Led the product discovery work for a Strayer University app for new students, which included multiple rounds of interviews and prototype testing in order to solve specific pain points students experience in their first semester at college.
Mint Mobile - Product Discovery lead for the Mint Mobile app, which following launch led to a 400% increase in new customer activations.
Princeton University Press - Currently leading the strategy and design of the upcoming 3d Birds app, a major step in the digital monetization of the Press’s content.

Ran over 50 AB tests across platforms aimed at increasing conversion. The learnings from this testing led to both small and large new features and product adjustments
